Cozy villa for vacations with family and friends! A truly pleasant place to relax and escape from everyday life, as well to use as a distant home office, all year around. Villa is located in a private residential area within walking distance from the center of Kuressaare. It is a three-bedroom villa fully furnished and equipped for a pleasant stay. Private garden for spending summer evenings on the terrace. Ideal place to stay when exploring Kuressaare and Saaremaa. It is a two-storey villa with three bedrooms. On the first floor there is a large living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom, library (home office) and toilet. From the dining area there is access to the terrace and garden. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. During the visit, the entire property is at the guests' disposal. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Events and behavior that disturb neighbors and/or damage property are not permitted. Deliberate damage caused to the property must be compensated. NB! Please make a reservation based on the number of bedrooms you wish to use. Bedrooms not reflected in the reservation are locked. Depending on the number of guests reflected in the reservation, the bedrooms are open as follows: 1-2 people = 1 BR with double bed; 3-4 people = 2 BR with double bed; 5-6 people = 3 BR with double bed. However, if, for example, three people wish to sleep in separate beds, three bedrooms must be booked.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by other private houses. Center of the town is in walking distance (1,4 km), local beach takes 30 minutes walk (2,5 km). In close vicinity of the house you can find supermarket (270 m), sport club (gym) (550 m), and an irish pub (290 m). With the car you can easily cover whole island and reach any point in less than an hour - and there are plenty beautiful and interesting places to visit and discover! Start with Kuressaare Castle, Angla Windmills, Sõrve Lighthouse, Vilsandi Island, Viidumäe Nature Park, Koigi bog, Viking Village, Saaremaa Zoo, remote beaches etc. For those who love active holidays, Kuressaare offers tennis, padel, golf, bowling and disc golf, as well as swimming in the sea or in the swimming pool, or going for a run in the health park. Around the island, there are nice hiking destinations, most interesting of them for example day-trips to small islands of Vilsandi or Abruka.
