Villa Rosalie are operated by two families. As well as our sister-project Kerese Apartments and Gardenview Selection by Kerese Apartments. We try to arrange you stay memorable experience. Should you require advise with anything during your stay, we'll do our best to support it! Welcome!

Property info

Villa Rosalie has noble and interesting history. The house was owned by one family from the 1876 until soviet occupation on 1940. It was was built by ship captain from island of Kihnu, Karl Kurras and his wife Rosalie Kurras. Madam Rosalie studied in St.Petersburg and was the court lady of The Duchess Tuhhatševskaja. She travelled in Europe and visited Holy Land together with Duchess family. During the first Estonian Republic, she offered 5 different summer residences for guests of Pärnu and stayed in the same house herself. Century later, the old house has turned into beautiful wooden villa where guests can enjoy aura of history with all the nowadays conveniences.

Neighborhood info

We recommend to rent a bicycles to discover Pärnu lovely streets and parks. Enjoy some of the Pärnu spa`s, they all are in a walking distance. Estonia Medical Spa Hotel sauna & spa centre is just over the street :). Visit the farmers market and different cafes or restaurants. Additionally tennis, surfing, golf and other sport possibilities.
