Accommodation The farmhouse features three elegant master bedrooms (one of which can easily be converted into an additional living room), a large shared living room with a crackling fireplace and evening cinema setup, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated dining room, and indoor toilets. You'll also find a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer for your convenience. You can book 1 room, 2 rooms, or rent the entire property exclusively for your group — perfect for couples, families, or friends seeking privacy. Outdoor Zen & Garden Step outside into a large, flower-filled private garden — a true summer highlight. Enjoy: Sunny picnics and al fresco dining among blooming flowers BBQ grilling in the garden Sunbathing and relaxation Fun games you can play golf The garden is beautifully secluded, offering complete privacy. The entire farm is exceptionally large (we own nearly half the town area), yet guests stay comfortably in their own dedicated, peaceful section. Wellness & Relaxation Private Sauna House (included in your stay — 60Eur per day) at the Sauna you can wash yourself. 1 sauna included per day. (no shower room inside the property - only sauna) Note: The sauna house provides the only shower on the property (no indoor shower in the main farmhouse). Location & Activities Just 5 minutes by car lies the beautiful Kuremaa Beach — a beautiful lake beach with clear water, professional lifeguards, you can find a fun small water park there featuring slides, trampolines, boat rental
