Welcome to our traditional Nubian village on the west bank of the Nile in Aswan. We run Abo Orabi Guest House as a family and will make you feel at home! Enjoy the amazing view from the rooftop and relax. Do not worry about getting here, the public ferry is running between 6am and 10pm. Please send us a message if you need any help!
I have been working with foreigners for a long time. In our guesthouse, we also host archaeological teams from Spain and Germany. They are working hard to discover more about the Tombs of the Nobles here in our village! I am very proud that Abo Orabi Guest House was even featured on National Geographic because of this. I love to help you discover more about our history and culture!
Enjoy Nubian hospitality and be surprised by the kindness! From Abo Orabi Guest House, you can easily walk through a beautiful agricultural area and enjoy the magnificence of the Nile. Discover the Tombs of the Nobles on foot, or take a ride on a camel or horse! And if you are lucky, you can experience a Nubian wedding!
