For the Refundable bookings, Payment Gate-Way link will be sent to the guest to settle & guarantee the booking maximum 7 days prior the arrival.

Payments for refundable bookings must be collected no later than 7 days prior to the guest’s arrival. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be automatically canceled. A payment link will be sent to guests accordingly through our reservation team.

For Non-Refundable bookings, Payment Gate-Way link will be sent via email to process full payment.
