Kindly note that birth certificates need to be presented upon check-in for children accompanying guests.

Please note that swimming in the pool and in the sea is only permitted in adequate Bathing suit. Swimming in loose/cotton clothing is also not permitted.

Animation team & Entertainment activities are not available at Jaz Tamerina Resort.

Lodges are against charges, moving sun bed to the shoreline is not allowed.

Accompanying maids are considered additional guests and will incur an extra charge upon check-in.

Kindly note that for the Refundable bookings, Payment Gate-Way link will be sent to the guest to settle & guarantee the booking maximum 7 days prior the arrival. Payments for refundable bookings must be collected no later than 7 days prior to the guest’s arrival. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be automatically canceled. A payment link will be sent to guests accordingly through our reservation team.

For Non-Refundable bookings, Payment Gate-Way link will be sent via email to process full payment
