Single villa, light, clean, modern, spacious, set in two big private walled gardens with mountain view, 3 minutes from the beach of famous “lighthouse” dive spot and the restaurants and shopping area of the main bay. Welcoming romantic nest, full of wood and nice decorations, one of the only houses offering both beautiful front garden and vast back garden, with local plants, for open air evenings watching the stars. 1 minutes from the German bakery of Alf Leila, 3 minutes walk from the sea, all necessary shops within 50 meters distance. Fresh water. Ideal for a couple. German owner. Details of the house: One single standing house 100 sqm Maximum occupancy : 1 couple *fully furnished and equipped *new, modern, fully equipped kitchen *living- and dinningroom seperated by archway *large bedroom with veranda opening to views of the sinai mountains *one big double bed 1,60 m x 2,10 m *aircondition in sleeping room *bathroom with sweet water *two private gardens 300 sqm (mountain view) all rooms nice wooden roof, new furniture, mosquito fences 3 min from the beach and the main bay

I am born in Germany, travelled the world a lot and I currently choose to live in a small mountain village in Switzerland I used to work as flight attendant in part time which gave me the opportunity to live in Dahab for 20 years/ 7 month per year.
Dahab General Infos “Dahab” – meaning gold, was once a small Bedouin fishing village which has now grown into a small town over the last 25 or so years. It is situated on the southeast coast of the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt. It is located approximately 80km (50 miles) northeast from Sharm El Sheikh and is one of the Sinai’s most treasured diving and windsurfing destinations. The nearest airport to Dahab is located in Sharm el Sheikh and there are many charter and scheduled flights landing daily from all over Europe and other countries. Acitivities in Dahab Dahab has two top activities that attract adventure seekers to its shores, namely: scuba-diving and windsurfing. There is also plenty of other things to do such as kitesurfig, inspring desert trips, horseback- and camel rides or you just taking it easy on the beach and smoke a shisha or you try out the delicious local foods. Dahab is nestled between the magnificent Sinai Mountains and the Red Sea with palm fringed beaches, golden sands and stunning coral reefs. The uniqueness of Dahab is its true laid back atmosphere which still remains despite the growth it has witnessed over the past years.
