This elegant villa was not designed as a short-term holiday or summer house; rather, it was created to be an ideal place for long-term living, offering all the safety features, comfort amenities, facilities, and services. The sea- and pool-view villa consists of three floors, front and back gardens, and a private parking area. It is perfect for enjoyable family trips filled with activities. Guests can access a private villas’ swimming pool as well as more than five additional pools within the resort — all free for villa guests — in addition to a private beach that is also complimentary. The resort also features landscaped walking paths, a dedicated beach cycling path, 24/7 security and guarding services, private parking, and fully secured gated entrances operating around the clock.
An architect and entrepreneur, I own an engineering firm in Egypt specializing in architectural and interior design as well as finishing works. I am passionate about fishing, traveling, and exploring tourist destinations, which inspired me to invest in several properties — including a villa in Ras Sudr and an apartment in Alexandria. I am continuously working on developing more refined destinations to provide a unique experience in every place you visit.
Ras Sudr is a wonderful destination on the Red Sea, known for its soft sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy water sports such as kitesurfing.
