- Please note that beach access cards are available for a separate fee which is not included in the cost of the rental.

- ID for above 15 Main guest should provide phone number, profile picture, email address

- Rental Contract will be sent to the guest after the resrevation confirmation.

**Beach Access:** A beach access fees of 5000 Egp. /guest for guests above 12 years old. A complimentary free beach access offered for a maximum of 2 guests aged 12-15 yrs. This allowes beach access upto one week.

- Beach access is allowed for a maximum of 8 guests.

- A recharge with 4000 is required for any extra nights ( up to 6 nights). Mountain View office only accept cash in egyptian currency,

- Maximum number for beach access is 8 guests, Children under 15 and house helpers are free of charge for the beach.

- Our usual rate includes an additional fee of 150 USD for each extra guest -adult or child- more than the house capacity (more than a total of 8 adults and children) for a maximum of additional 2 guests.
