We are happy to welcome you Males and females staying together is only allowed within verified marriage contract or verified siblings, presenting verification is essential on arrival. Smoking of any kind should be done out in the balcony with the balcony door completely shut so as no smoke or bad smell goes inside. Smoking of any kind is not allowed at all within the apartment premises except out in the balcony. Thank you in advance. We aim to be an energy saving household. No lights, Ac or heating should be left On while not at home, Thanks.
