For bookings of 5 nights or more, the full amount for the entire length of stay will be charged at check-in. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event of an early departure.

Kindly note that birth certificates need to be presented upon check-in for children accompanying guests.

Please note that swimming in the pool and in the sea is only permitted in adequate Bathing suit. Swimming in loose/cotton clothing is also not permitted.

For Refundable bookings, the guest will receive Payment Gate-Way link via email to process the 01 night payment.

For Non-Refundable bookings, guests will receive Payment Gate-Way link via email to process full payment.

Guests on All Inclusive Basis are entitled to dine at our A la carte restaurants free of charge not more than 05 times per one week stay (01 time for each restaurant) and 10 times per two weeks stay ( 02 times for each restaurant). Any additional bookings are extra charge. Reservation in advance is required through the terminal at Guest Relations Office. Reservations for the same day close at 17:00 Hours.

Please note that Ala Carte restaurants are included for minimum 4 nights stay.

À la Carte Restaurant Entitlements:

3 nights entitle for one time

4 to 6 nights are entitled to 3 à la carte reservations

7 to 13 nights are entitled to 7 à la carte reservations

14 nights or more (long stay) are entitled to unlimited à la carte reservations

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
