Great house in an excelent position, at the north of the island just steps from the beach. The house has a lovely living-dinning area and very well equpped kitchen, has a total of four bedroom, two with double bed, and the others with two single beds At thefirst floor you will findtwo bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub,a lso you have a nice size balcony. A cosy pellet stove is available for the winter months. The house has also kayaks to enjoy the sea. IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform. - All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment. 💡 Important note about electricity consumption: Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is included 3 kW per person per day.
