Family finca for 4 persons with a beautiful pool, large garden and barbecue area. First you enter the tastefully furnished living room. There are comfortable sofas, a TV and internet connection. Next to the living room there is a nice bedroom with a double bed. Furthermore, there is a dining room in which the kitchen is integrated. From here, a nice spiral staircase leads to another bedroom, which is equipped with two single beds. Of the two bathrooms installed in the house, one has a shower and the other a bathtub. There is a lot to discover in the elaborately designed outdoor area, first of all the beautiful and different seating areas, prepared on the spacious terrace in front of the finca. Various garden furniture, of course in the refreshing shade. Another seating area with high quality furniture is located on the garden porch. Next to the house there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for professional barbecue evenings and sociable barbecues. From here you have a nice view of the huge and well-kept garden. A children's playground with a swing and a sandpit has been built. The highlight of the outdoor area is of course the large swimming pool with its comfortable sun loungers. A great choice for a holiday in a finca with children. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kw/day and person) - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
