This attractive house is located in the popular holiday resort of Can Picafort and is only a few minutes' walk from the wonderful beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and many shopping possibilities are also nearby. The holiday home is equipped with 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and two others with 2 single beds each), which are all on the upper floor and two bathrooms with WC and shower, one of them on the ground floor and the second one on the upper floor. The holiday home has room for 5 people. The open living/dining area with comfortable sofas and fan invites you to linger. You don't have to miss TV and WLan during your well-deserved holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine. You can spend relaxing evenings on the veranda and the terrace, where comfortable seating and deck chairs are ready for you. On the BBQ you can spoil your family and friends with a Mediterranean dinner. A perfect holiday home on the beach for a perfect holiday. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kw/day and person) - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
