This special finca is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Muro . The house has a very individual character and offers 50 sqm of living space for 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which is on the upper floor and is accessible via a pull-out ladder. This could be a nice retreat for the children. The bathroom is equipped with rainforest shower and has been installed brand new. The living area has air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, Cd and DVD player; Internet/WLan is also available. A modern kitchen with a dining area for 4 persons is at your disposal. On the covered terrace you can spend cosy barbecue evenings and enjoy the fantastic view, at the pool there are already deck chairs ready for you to relax. Let yourself be enchanted by this special finca with pool! IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kw/day and person) - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
