The master bedroom has its own terrace with view on the private swimming pool. The duplex is located in La Zenia, which is in the middle of the Costa Blanca coast and surrounded by the best beaches in the Mediterranean. It is within walking distance of the large Zenia Boulevard shopping center with 150 shops and restaurants and less than 800m to La Zenia Beach. The local supermarket is also very close. With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, there are pleasant temperatures in summer and winter.
