Finques Ginesta is a real estate agency located in the center of Llafranc. We have been offering tourist rental and sales services since 2001 and we manage several apartments in Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell.

Beautiful detached house with swimming pool and large private garden with sea and mountain views. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room, open kitchen and access to a large garden with barbecue. A single bedroom with a full bathroom with shower. Laundry room (washing machine and dryer). On the first floor, 1 bedroom with three single beds and a study area, two double bedrooms with access to a terrace. Four full bathrooms with shower and a toilet (two on the ground floor and three on the first floor). It has a fantastic terrace on the top of the house with wonderful sea views. It has an indoor parking space on the property. PVC enclosures. Stoneware floors. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Charging for electric cars. WIFI. Solar panels. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
