It is ideal for couples, families and business trips, as it has 600mb fibre WiFi Internet access. With a summer atmosphere all year round, it is perfect for a unique holiday on the island of Lanzarote. This beautiful accommodation with capacity for 4 people, has two spacious and bright bedrooms, both with ceiling fan, the main bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and the second with two single beds. With a bathroom with bathtub and a large open space with kitchenette, living room with Smart TV 65’, a comfortable sofa and dining area. It has all the necessary services around, a few meters from the promenade where you can enjoy bars, restaurants, shops, and black or white sandy beaches with clear turquoise waters. Located in a privileged area, the unspoilt beaches of Papagayo and other beaches in the south of Lanzarote are only a few minutes drive away, and you also have quick access to the motorway to explore the rest of the island in comfort. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee machine, washing machine, clothes iron, hairdryer, shower towels, bed linen, cot, high chair and much more. A short flight of stairs must be climbed to access the flat.

Playa Blanca is a fishing village that in recent years has become the tourist centre of the municipality of Yaiza. Its beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Community for their crystal clear waters and accessible infrastructure, and are accompanied by a wide range of hotels, restaurants and shops, making it one of the most important tourist beach areas in Lanzarote. Playa Blanca has an extensive promenade that surrounds its different beaches and also includes two very important ports. The Puerto Marítimo, which provides access to tourist and transport boats for local users, and the Puerto Deportivo Marina Rubicón. In addition to the urban area, Playa Blanca has places not to be missed, such as Playa Papagayo, Los Charcones, Los Ajaches and the Pechiguera lighthouse. If you are looking for practically virgin beaches, with sand and space to enjoy, we recommend the area of Los Ajaches National Monument, where you will find several coves with white sand and turquoise waters that are very popular with lovers of marine nature. In the area of Playa Papagayo, Playa Papagayo itself, Playa de los Pozos and Playa Mujeres stand out, as well as several small coves in this protected area. These beaches can be reached by car up to the parking areas and then walking along short, low-difficulty paths. Within Papagayo, for people with reduced mobility, we recommend Playa Mujeres, where the bathing area is next to the car park and at the same level. If you prefer an area that has all the necessary conditions to spend a family evening with all the comforts of an urban centre, we recommend the area of Playa Blanca, with three beaches of excellent quality that include all the necessary services for year-round enjoyment. Playa Blanca, especially recommended for families with children, is located near the port, where you will also find a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and bars. This beach has one of Lanzarote's two blue flags.
