Residential building of privately owned flats, very quiet and spacious. Ideal for families or middle-aged couples or retired people, sunny all day long, suitable for holidays as well as for winter stays. Situated close to the Levante beach and the old town of Benidorm, it has a communal parking area (there is no parking space for each flat), and swimming pool during the summer season (check opening dates).
