Townhouse renovated in October 2025, very bright and divided into two floors, located just a few meters from the beach. Cozy décor, spacious rooms and all the comforts you need to enjoy a relaxing stay in Oliva. 🏡 Ground floor Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: pots, pans, tableware, dishes and cooking utensils. Living room with a trundle sofa bed with two single mattresses (90x190). Full bathroom. Large terrace, ideal for having a drink after the beach or enjoying a delicious local rice delivered to your door. Outdoor hose to wash beach chairs, boards or other equipment. Dining table available both in the living room and on the terrace (4 chairs). 🛏️ Upper floor Spacious open-plan bedroom with a double bed (150x200). Full bathroom with shower. Possibility to add a travel cot (120x60) upon request — a new pillow is provided, but no cot sheets for hygiene reasons. 🌬️ Amenities Air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house. Ceiling fan in the bedroom, perfect for the hottest months. Recently renovated spaces, comfortable relaxation areas and carefully designed lighting. A perfect townhouse to disconnect, relax and enjoy the beach with every comfort.
We are a young couple passionate about the beach, kitesurfing, and—above all—traveling. We love making our guests feel at home, because Oliva and #ElAdosadito are our own little refuge whenever we get the chance to enjoy them. We take great care of the house and constantly try to improve every detail, as it’s the least we can do to ensure our guests feel as comfortable as in their own home. Quiet summer area for families with children, little traffic, therefore, little noise, easy parking (free parking area just 30 mtrs). The beach of Oliva, has 14 km of fine sand, transparent waters and dune area, unique in the area, ah !, I forgot!, The xiringuitos that we like so much to cool under the shade and why not, give us some dances to the light of the Moon
