The fine print
The published rate includes: bed-linen, with the exception of bath towels, and a reasonable use of electricity and water. The houses are cleaned before arrival and upon departure. Bed-linen is changed once a week.
A damage deposit of EUR50 per person is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Reception opening hours are from 09:30 until 13:30 and 16:00 until 20:00 (Monday-Saturday).
