It features a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware), a private bathroom with shower, and a spacious furnished terrace perfect for relaxing. Situated in a quiet area just a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment venues. The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool, recently renovated sun loungers, and well-maintained gardens. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided. Secure access to the complex via code. Excellent connection to the airport and public transport. A comfortable, practical, and well-located option to enjoy Lanzarote with family or friends.
