We warmly offer you a unique experience, staying in a unique property, the building L ' Àguila is a benchmark of modernism in Palma and listed as a good of interest in the city. For the first time, it opens its doors as a tourist accommodation, after a complete renovation completed in June 2018. We combine a top quality outfit in a unique structure of iron, a marvel of Mallorcan architecture. We have 4 apartments, all of them accessible by elevator. The three double apartments are distributed in a unique and minimalist space, very bright and decorated with exquisite taste. They have a comfortable living-dining room with large sofa, TV with satellite connection. They have a large bathroom with a complete and extend shower sweat floor. Finally, the room has two single beds with the option of unifying in a large double bed (180 x 200). The duplex penthouse of the building has two rooms with en suite bathroom and on the top, large terrace with city views, large living room and full kitchen. Accommodation suitable for work, having a powerful free WIFI.

Neighborhood info

The building is in the Plaza del Marqués de Palmer, just below the Plaza Mayor, in one of the most central neighborhoods of the city. We can walk around the old town. The adjacent streets are full of possibilities, you will enjoy their churches, their small commercials, their restaurants and cafes and the shops of the big brands. Our location is strategic, the Plaza Mayor is located at 50 meters, you will arrive at the city hall in two minutes and the distance to our wonderful cathedral is 700 meters. Also perfectly located to know the rest of the island, Plaza España, where you will find all the possible connections of buses or trains, including the exit of the Sóller Railway, is to 750 meters. For your gastronomic purchases, walking 500 meters, you will enjoy the popular Mercat de L'Olivar, where you can buy all the food products you want. Our nearest beach is located at 1300 meters but from the bus connection of the Plaza España there is connection to the main beaches of the island.
