A cute apartment in a beutiful comunity very close to the send beach Las Marinas and 5 minutes driving to Denia centre. All amenities are near by. Nice mediterranean garden with several pools with salt qater: the big one, the middle one and 2 pools for little children and babies.
The owner is a pensionist.
The property is situated very close to the wide send beach Las Marinas. Denia is a capital of Marina Alta area and is a small city with plenty life all the year long. For shure You will be in love with the castle, the antic part, the harbor area and the natural park of Montgo mountain. All kinds of the water sport are available. Denis is recognized by UNESCO as a gastronomy capital. Hear You can enjoi with tipical mediterranean and international food
