On the 1st floor, accessible via stairs or elevator, 2-storey spacious and comfortable apartment with spacious south-facing balcony in the center of Albir with everything within walking distance such as the beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bus, train, free covered parking and storage space for bicycles, etc. Also look at albirelax point c o m. Layout: Hall, with the spacious and fully equipped kitchen on the left, such as a 4-burner gas cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, sandwich maker, coffee machine, kettle and all crockery and glassware. From the kitchen you walk past the toilet with sink to the spacious living room with a dining room table and 4 chairs, a lovely sofa, and various tables and chairs, Smart IPTV and fiber optic internet WIFI. Air conditioning in the living room, from there we go to the wide and deep terrace with lounge set, beach chairs and sun blinds with a view of the street and a panorama of the mountains. From the living room you take the lazy staircase to the 2nd floor where you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom with washing machine. Master bedroom has a 2 person box spring bed of 180x200 cm and cupboard wall, window with roller shutter and separate air conditioning. The other bedroom has 2 separate box spring beds of 90x200 cm each, wardrobe and separate air conditioning. Linen is already available in 2 fold for free, so it is also very suitable for rental for longer periods.
We own Albirelax, and have a lot of experience in the rental of apartments as I have a double B&B apartment in Altea see elparaisoaltea dot c o m with a rating of 9.2. With this other apartment you can celebrate your holiday with many more people as you wish! My wife is a cook, and can cook fantastic on location, but also has a table service that you can use. See costablanca meals.
Since you are in the center of Albir, everything is within walking distance such as the sea, beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bus and train connections. A free covered parking garage across the street from the apartment is a true luxury. What do you think of Altea with its old center, Benidorm as a party place, and Guadalest as an artists' village. Furthermore, Alicante and Valencia where there is everything to do!
