Beautiful, renovated town house in the heart of Pollenca, in a quiet location, with pool, garden and barbecue. Can be used all year round thanks to central heating. The house was lovingly and tastefully renovated and furnished in 2024. There is also a fireplace for cosy winter evenings. The house extends over 2 floors, with enough space for up to 6 people. Plaça Major, with its famous Sunday market and many restaurants, is just a stone's throw away. Living area: Air conditioning, smart TV, fireplace Dining area: Wine cooler, internet radio (Bose) Kitchen: Siemens appliances, induction hob with integrated extractor fan, from baking paper to kitchen roll to washing-up tablets, everything is provided Guest toilet: Washing machine, ironing board and iron, cool box, beach umbrella, cleaning utensils Bedroom: Air conditioning, box spring beds (2x 180x200, 1x 160x200) Bathrooms: Walk-in showers with rain shower head Workplace: Monitor 24" with keyboard, mouse and HDMI cable, fibre optic internet, access points in the house and garden Outside: Pool (6x3 m), sunshades, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue
