Second unit: a cozy loft with a double bed, sofa bed, integrated kitchen, and living area. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Outside, you will find a spacious porch to enjoy the sunset, a large terrace with a private pool, and a barbecue—ideal for outdoor meals. The property includes a parking space inside the premises, and street parking is also easy to find.
