Modern, fully equipped (Smart TV, kitchen, washing machine, dish washer, coffee maker, hair dryer, high chair, baby bed, kettle, oven, garden grill) airconditionned ground floor two bedroom luxury apartment with large terrace. Large community pool with lounge chairs with umbrella, pool bar, jakuzzi, heated pool, pool for kids, gym, sauna, Playa Flamenca beach 8 minutes walk away. Dedicated parking in the garage. Highly recommended for families with kids, there is a playground across. Cafe bars, restaurants, supermarkets are nextdoor, La Zenia Bulevard Shopping Mall few minutes walk away.

Fan of Spain with wide experience, who manages several apartments in the area, is kind, helpful, and speaks several languages.

A bit more than half an hour from Alicante airport. This is a special place where you can enjoy the sea, the beach, tranquility, sunshine, gastronomy, the beauty of nature, nature conservation parks, or if you feel like it, the party, sparkling life, shopping, or even and a wide range of sports (golf, hiking, tennis, paddle, swimming, running, cycling, yoga, go-kart, horse riding, quad biking, etc.)
