Accommodation Vagón Rural arises through the rehabilitation of old train wagons. Modern and cozy apartments with vintage style achieved through the rehabilitation of old train wagons. They have all the comforts like air conditioning, heating, equipped kitchen, living room with big sofa, bathroom, garden, terrace, barbecue and SWIMMING POOL. They are located very close to the city centre, just 10 minutes away, in a residential area and in the heart of Murcia, surrounded by extensive vegetation with multiple ornamental plants, ideal for relaxing and tourist visits to Murcia and its region.
Lover of mountains and adventure sports, I love new experiences, perhaps this is the reason that has led me to practice sports as diverse as diving, sailing, windsurfing, climbing, mountaineering, skiing, caving, canyoning, canoeing ... among others. I am a great fan of photography and art in general. I enjoy charming places and good taste, whatever the style, I love new ideas and recycling and have traveled to countries such as Tunisia, Morocco, France, Senegal, Colombia, Cuba .... As a child I played close to home on a dead rail, not far from the train station, we got into the cars that used to stay there for a long time, I had a dream that I wanted to make reality, turn those same cars into a place of leisure and rest and return to enjoy them, it cost me more than 2 years to locate the old cars in which I had spent a part of my childhood and bring them here and get their rehabilitation to make it a comfortable and original apartment, has not been easy, but finally we could make it come true and want to share it with all of you. I hope you enjoy them
The accommodation is located only 10 minutes from the city, about 4 km. in the heart of Murcia, surrounded by plants and fruit trees such as lemon, orange, banana, nispereros, fig, palm, etc.. in a residential area and on a private plot, ideal for relaxation and rest. Our Wagon apartment is located next to other wagons, forming between them a large terrace like a train station, is in a very quiet residential green area, in the heart of Murcia and very close to downtown and next to the University of San Antonio (UCAM) just 400 m. No parking problems and direct link to A7 motorway at 1500 m. and public transport service (bus and tram) at only 200 m. It has all the services at only 400 m. as bars, restaurants, banks, library, paddle tennis courts, supermarket, gas station, etc ... and shopping centers just 900 m. and the theme park Terra Natura and Aqua Natura just 5 minutes. It is located next to the Jerónimos Monastery of the 18th century and the University of San Antonio "UCAM" as well as the La Noria shopping centre and very close to the University of Murcia.
