Spacious beachfront development. Two-bedroom apartment, one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed and sofa bed in the living/dining room, with a maximum capacity of 6 people. Located in a 5-story apartment block with elevator, 150 meters from the beach, comfortable and pleasant for a pleasant vacation stay. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, cutlery, and crockery, all with a microwave and washing machine. A full bathroom. Wi-Fi and parking are included. Air conditioning is available in the living room (for a fee at reception). Sheets and towels are not included; they can be rented at reception. Seasonal pool available from June 15 to September 15. Pets are not allowed. **Stays from September 18 to June 5 for 7 or more nights do NOT include electricity. Electricity will be billed upon checkout based on the guest's usage, as per the meter reading.**
