We are a family company working for over 19 years in holiday rentals at the Costa Blanca. It's very important for us to offer our customers a personal and individual service. On the day of your arrival we will welcome you in our office which is located close to our villas. There, you will receive the coordinates as well as a short description of the villa you have rented, thus you are only a few minutes away to start your relaxing holidays.

Classic and comfortable villa in Moraira, on the Costa Blanca with private pool for up to 4 persons. This cozy villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 modern bathroom. The accommodation offers privacy, a lovely garden with trees and a beautiful private pool. There is free WiFi available, air condition, flat-screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine and barbecue. Bed linen and towels are also included. This villa has an open fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and juicer. Pets are allowed in this villa (on previous request).

Neighborhood info

The villa is situated in a coastal and residential area, close to restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets and at 2.8 km from Moraira beach. There are several rock and sand beaches to visit in this lovely area, the closest are on the road between Moraira and Calpe. Moraira is the closest town, where you can go to the beach and/or visit the castle, the port, walk along the promenade and enjoy visiting the beautiful old town where you can also find lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Calpe is the second nearest town. There you can visit the 'Ifach Rock' (nice walk and beautiful views), the lovely Salt Lake where you might be able to watch the flamingos and you can also enjoy a walk along the beautiful promenades and sand beaches. The port area is well known for its restaurants (specialized in rices & seafood).
