Beautiful apartment with shared pool and only 700 metres away from the beach in Puerto de Alcudia. It will be the second home for 4 guests. The complex of this fantastic apartment is wonderful, with its shared pool and garden where you can enjoy a relaxing swim. The beautiful lawn area surrounds the chlorine pool that sizes 12 x 5 metres and with a depth that goes from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. There is an exterior shower to wash off after a long day at the beach which is just a short walk away. An finally, the best way to end your day in this fabulous location will be at the private terrace of this apartment where you can enjoy a great breakfast in the morning. This first floor flat, without lift, is even more incredible on the inside. The air-conditioned living-dining room is a beauty thanks to its spaciousness, its modern-rustic style, and its perfect combination of colours. Here you can eat together, watch satellite-TV or relax while gazing out the window at the mountain views. The wood-burning cooker also guarantees good times on cold days. The kitchen is spacious and peaceful, so you can cook at home on the ceramic hob or in the oven. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in a separate place. There are 2 bedrooms with wardrobe, one of them with a double bed and space for a cot and a highchair, and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub and two fans are at your disposal. Swimming pool open all year round from 8:00 to 20:00h. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal swimming pool depend on the community regulations and may vary according to the season, without prior notice. We recommend you visit other beaches like the rocky one of La Victoria or the golf course in Alcanada, just 6.2 km away.
