The apartment is brand new (renovated in 2016) and has all the comforts of a modern and luxurious housing. It has door with safety lock, bright and spacious living room, air conditioning and central heating, leather sofa, industrial style furniture and modern style, parquet flooring, double glazing and automatic shutters throughout the apartment, wide terrace with panoramic views over Cala Millor Bay, Samsung Smart TV 48-inch UHD, WIFI, Satellite TV, Yomvi, Canal + for movies and series. Room: The are two bright and spacious rooms, a bedroom with 160x190cm bed (memory foam mattress) and one with two beds 90x190cm (memory foam mattress) two rooms with wardrobe, two bedside tables equipped with sheets. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped. Silestone countertop, modern furniture and space, with everything you need to cook like if you were at home. WC: Fully equipped, with a large shower with LED decor, hairdryer, amenities etc towels for all guests are included.
Apartment located in a central area of Cala Millor, full of restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, car rentals, motorbikes and bicycles, electric skates, medical services, pharmacies, shops, souvenirs. A few meters on the beach you will find sun loungers, holiday pedalos, jet skis, and many other water sports Just below the apartment there are several restaurants, Supermarkets just around the corner of the building, medical service, pharmacy etc. Despite being centrally located is a quiet area.
