The flat is on the third floor , without lift. It has 3 bedrooms( one double room, one single and one twin room)bathroom with a walk-in shower and with multifunctional shower panel for extra relaxation, the open kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. We have free Wi-Fi internet available throughout the apartment and Smart Flat TV with Netflix in the Living room for your comfort.

Apartamento Balboa has an excellent location!!! The beautiful Gandia Playa Nord is just 15min driving from the apartment or 20min by bus (the bus stop to the beach is 100m from the apartment) so you can enjoy the sun during the day and at night you can discover the Gandia City nightlife as the main shopping and dining district of the town is only 5min walking from the apartment. The apartment has no swimming pool on the premises, but there is a huge beautiful state of the art swimming pool open for the public just 5 min walking from the apartment at Centre Esportiu Rois de Corella. Groceries shopping are just a minute away. Plaza del Prado, Ducal Palace of Gandia, Museum Faller and more interesting places to visit and see is just walking distance from the apartment. Gandia is a wonderful city surrounded by mountains from one side and sea from the other, so If you like hiking, jogging, playing golf, horse riding you name it!!! You will find something for yourself in the La Safor region.
