It has a living room with a terrace of 18 m2, with television, satellite channel with free UK, DE, FR channels available.
Air conditioning for cooling and heating on all rooms. Very cool floor on summer with good ventilation so you can rest comfortably and pleasantly.
On the terrace there is an extendable table for you to enjoy pleasant evenings with your family or friends.
It has a kitchen furnished with appliances, refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, etc. and cooking utensils and dishes.

It has possibility of means of public transport a few minutes on foot. Routes to walk. Golf a few kilometers away by car.
