Cozy independent apartment, very bright ground floor with windows to pedestrian street without traffic, with the right to use as parking by neighbors and tenants, located in residential neighborhood perfectly communicated with the city center, you can access any part of Zaragoza in 10 Minutes. Very quiet area, you will have the feeling of living in a small village, contemplate the river Ebro. Surroundings perfect for walks on foot or by bike along the river. Neighborhood with all services, public transport, pharmacy, supermarket (open Saturday and Sunday mornings)
Hello I'm Juan, my partner Helena and I, we are two craftsmen from Zaragoza. We like traveling a lot, thanks to our work we have been able to know many places in Spain and recently in Europe. We offer this place so that you can enjoy it, as we have enjoyed others.
Neighborhood of Monzalbarba, considered residential neighborhood, very well connected to the city center, with public transport and all services (pharmacy, supermarket, banks, cafes, restaurants, etc.). You can enjoy a magnificent Mudéjar tower with several stork nests a few meters from the apartment.
