Close to the urban centers of Durango and Iurreta, 5 minutes by car or 20 walking. The property is set in a very discrete rural plot, occupying part of the ground floor of a stone house with south views. The area, Goiuria road is very quiet and safe. At the top of Goiuria there is a magnificent restaurant, large bar, with large terrace and views. Durango is a well organized, clean population, with excellent facilities and maintenance, with an old part and river that crosses the population. Located in a smooth valley and surrounded by natural parks and mountains a few km away, it is practically 30 minutes by car or bus from Bilbo. 50min to Gazteiz through a nature reserve landscape. Donosti to 50min by car and 30 more to iparralde (French Basque country). Beach at 30min. Being Euskadi is a very small community, but with many contrasts and a steep orography, access to preferred places is not a tortuous trip but if perhaps entertaining with curves, mountains and charming spots for all tastes.
