Arrivals between 9:30 PM and 12:00 AM will incur a supplement of €20.

Arrivals after 12:00 AM will incur a supplement of €50.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. Failing to vacate the apartment after this time, without written approval from the property, will result in a penalty of €50 for each additional hour.

Losing the keys or leaving them inside the apartment will incur a penalty of €50.

Leaving the apartment dirty will incur a penalty of €50, plus the cost of professional cleaning of upholstery or similar surfaces.

Bringing pets is allowed only upon request. A €20 advance payment is required, and sofa covers are provided and must be used. Pets must remain under the supervision of their owners at all times and may not be left alone in the apartment. A refundable deposit of €300 is required for bringing pets, which will be returned after an inspection of the apartment.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to € 1,000 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
