Apartment La Calita is located 300m from the south beach of Peñíscola and a small cove that shows us the best rear views of the castle, a quiet area surrounded by a huge lake and overlooking the Sierra de Irta from one of the two terraces both equipped with awning for the summer. The apartment is completely renovated, a fourth floor with an elevator includes two parking spaces as Peñíscola is all a paid blue zone is a great facility. A total of three bedrooms, 2 with single beds and 1 double with independent terrace, all of them with a large wardrobe, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an exterior gallery as well as a table with chairs, and a spacious living-dining room with a terrace.
