Very comfortable apartment with all the amenities you would want for a short or even a longer stay. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them ensuite, there is even enough privacy if two couples wanted to share this apartment. It counts with an amazing large, south facing and wind protected terrace. You will find a nice outside dining area next to the kitchen with direct access and on the other end a nice and comfortable chill zone. Large sails protect from too much sun. The apartment is centrally but very quiet located in Tías, just a 5 minutes walk from the Ermita Tapas Bar for example. Being one of only four apartment in the building this is the right place to stay for those who are looking for a quiet place with good quality while being on holiday. Tías is very centrally located on the island and you can discover all the sights from here easily - also the world famous wine region La Geria ist very close. If you explore the island by car you can easily park your car outside on the street without a problem. Also Tías is very well connected with the public transport. *The property is not suitable for parties - No one is allowed to be invited. If it is not respected, you will need to leave the property.*
