Apartamento Nicol, es un apartamento moderno , luminoso, muy confortable y con vistas. Para 3 personas en el Puerto de Pollensa. Esta situado a 100 metros de la playa donde se puede ver desde el balcón de la propiedad. El apartamento esta climatizado con aire acondicionado y calefacción en todos los ambientes.

El barrio es un barrio costero, donde se puede disfrutar de la playa, paseos por el puerto deportivo, paseos por la costa donde encontramos restaurantes, cafeterías con vistas al mar y tiendas de todo tipo. Es un lugar maravilloso, con mucho carácter y estilo mallorquín.
