The apartment has internet, air-conditioning, private parking place in the garage, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, shutters and sliding doors. 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and wash-hand basin. Spacious living-/ dining room with large lounge sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, flat creen TV, air conditioning, shutters and access to the terrace. Open plan kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine and large fridge freezer. Large terrace with table with 6 chairs, sofa and parasol. Roof terrace, accessible by spiral staircase, with 2 sun beds. Comunal swimming-pool with special part for children. From the terraces there is a view over Jávea. The distance to the beach La Grava in the port, with, shops, bars and restaurants is 1.7 km, to the sandy beach Arenal 2.8 km. Pets are not allowed. After making the reservation, guests must pay 35% of the total amount directly to the accommodation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 42 days before arrival. Cancellation is free of charge up to 42 days before arrival.
