70m2 apartment, with 3 bedrooms, 2 of them joined together, ideal for families, 1 bathroom, living room-kitchen, interior patio, 1st floor without elevator, parking, WIFI, renovated and soundproofed in the old town of Murcia. Guarded public parking is necessary to reserve.12 euros/day PRIOR COMMUNICATION WITH THE GUEST AND IN CERTAIN CASES A BLOCK WILL BE MADE ON THE DAY OF ENTRY OF 150 EUROS ON THE GUEST'S CARD AS A DAMAGE DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE UNBLOCKED ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.
