Modern contemporary interior surrounded by traditional Spanish architecture. Beautiful arched doorways and wooden shutters were lovingly preserved during the reform of our apartment. El Apartamento Tres Playas is a home away from home for holiday seekers mindful of the budget. A decent, clean, fully equipped apartment that happens to be a few short minutes away on foot from at least 3 sandy beaches in the wonderful Puerto de Mazarron on Costa Calida (Murcia region). Playa de la Ermita is 3 minutes walk away. 5 minutes walk and you are on Playa de la Reya and right next to it is Bahia Playa. Playa La Isla is also in the same area and it would take someone about 10 min walk to reach it from the apartment. No need to take the car to reach the town center, a leasurely stroll of 10 to 15 min and you are on the Paseo with its fabulous restaurants, cocktail bars and ice cream parlours. Mind you, the beaches close to the apartment also offer a choice of restaurants and ice cream places, so no need to adventure too far if you do not want to. The apartment is on 2nd floor and please note, there is no lift. there is a balcony overlooking a communal internal patio, but this is not big enough to be used for outside dinning. There is no pool. AC in the living room only and ceiling or desktop fans in the 3 bedrooms.WI-FI with strong signal is included in the reservation price making this accommodation an excellent remote working location, and only a couple of minutes away from a walk on the beach at the end of your working day.

The Apartment is at very close walking distance from a number of beaches and the area presents visitors with a great range of places to eat, drink and have a great time. The area offers a great opportunity for leasurely evenings walks on the promenade with a stop for a fabulous ice cream or a cocktail by the beach to top up a great summer day. The town center and its fabulous Marina/Paseo can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. Puerto de Mazarron provides guests with great opportunities for great holiday entertainment both for parents and children alike. During the summer, the little ones can visit the town's fair with rides and entertainment or 'The Pink Panter', just around the corner from our apartment, where adults can enjoy food and drink while children use the games and entertainment facilities on site. Important to note: the apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no lift. If you have mobility issues, please ensure you are able to go up two floors before confirming your booking. The apartment is equipped with AC in the living room only, the three bedrooms each have either ceiling fans or a desktop fan. Also, the apartment is very close to the beach (3-5min walk), but there is no terrace, no pool and no view. Just a honest apartment at the beach, on a reasonable budget and cleanliness is guaranteed.
