Property info

Located 500 meters from the beach and the town center of Alcoceber, and 500 meters from the Las Fuentes residential area. This residential complex offers apartments in buildings with a ground floor plus two or three upper floors, depending on the building. We have one-bedroom apartments with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed, and standard apartments with one bedroom with a double bed, a cabin with bunk beds and a double sofa bed in the living room, an open-plan kitchen/dining area with a washing machine and microwave, a flat-screen TV, a full bathroom, and a terrace. There is a swimming pool for adults and children, as well as gardens. - Half-board includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner. Please indicate your preference in the special requests section of the booking form. Drinks are not included. A free children's menu is available for children 6 years and under. Towels and bed linen are included in the rate. - Room-only stays include only bed linen. Towels are available for rent per set. Air conditioning is available in one-bedroom apartments and one-bedroom apartments with a shower cubicle for an additional , payable at reception. Two-bedroom apartments do not have air conditioning. Pets are welcome for an additional, with a maximum of one pet per booking. For stays of 7 nights or more between September 18th and June 5th, electricity is not included in the price. Electricity will be billed upon departure based on the customer's consumption, as read by the meter at 0.35/kWh.

All Ground Floor apartments have Hot/Cold Air Conditioning and carry a supplement of 10 EUR per day, payable at reception.

The apartments Capacity of 6 adults can be booked with hot/cold air conditioning according to availability and carries a supplement of 10 EUR per day, paid at reception.

Pets are allowed in the apartments on request at a cost of EUR 50 per stay/booking and just 1 pet per apartment. Pets are NOT allowed in the common areas of the complex.

Bed linen and towels are included in Half Board reservations. For Room Only bookings, only bed linen is provided.

Parking in a closed garage for an additional fee of EUR 5 per day, upon request at reception.

Stays from September 23th to June 6th of 7 nights or more do NOT include electricity in the price of the stay, it will be billed at the departure according to the consumption made by the client. Electricity fee: 0.35 €/kW

Guests are required to clean the kitchen and dispose of any garbage before departure. If this condition is not met, a €25 penalty will be deducted from the deposit.
