Explore Valencia staying in BARRACART, a singular and authentic building lovingly restored in sympathy with its surroundings. Choose a state-of-the-art apartment in the authentic ambiance of a maritime neighborhood with history and charm, living traditions and spectacular festives. There is no Front Desk in the property, the check-in will be done on-line (auto-checkin), for an independent and flexible access to the apartment. You will be provided with a personalised access code, and assisted remotely if necessary. We only accept online payment, do not charge payments to cards. Group reservations (3 apartments or more), as well as reservations in summer can be cancelled free of charge 60 days before check-in.

In 500 m from the city beach, near to the Marina (port), well-communicated with the city centre (bus, metro and tramway) - just 20 minutes from the Town Hall in bus -, we are in the heart of the historic maritime district of Valencia, Cabanyal-Canyamelar, with its sparkling life, traditions and spectacular festives. As a residential zone, you can find all kind of commerce, services and leisure a step away. Having also the property of the emblematic Casa Montaña restaurant, founded in 1836 (a couple of minutes walk), we form active part of the life of the neighborhood for many years, that we share with our guests with pleasure. We provide our own tourist app for customized local information, and tourist guides for culture, leisure and gastronomy.
