Lovely, two bedroom, modern design apartment in a three unit complex located in Binibeca Nou, one of the most prestigious areas of Menorca. Built in 2010, all three apartments have one queen size bed in one room and two twin beds in the second room, one bathroom with shower, open kitchen and living/dining room. They each have one private indoor terrace and one outdoor terrace. They are equipped with all the essentials, Wifi, TV, AC, washing machine, safe… The infinity pool is for the exclusive use of the three apartments. Easy parking in this peaceful residential area, just in front of the complex Please note that our apartments are not suitable for children under 2 years old. We cannot admit them.

Neighborhood info

Delightful Binibeca Nou is one of the most beautiful and well known areas of Menorca. The apartments are only 800 m. from the famous white sandy beach of Binibeca and only 300 m from a small commercial area with a supermarket, bakery, a good selection of seafront restaurants and bars, a diving center and other water sport activities.
