Reception and night watchman in high season. The building has 4 floors (no elevator). The studios offer a single optimized open space with kitchenette and bathroom. Balcony studio for 2 people: 35m2, Living room with 2 single beds, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and small balcony. Balcony studio for 2 people + one child: 35m2, Living room with 3 single beds, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and small balcony. Terrace studio for 2 or 3 people: 43m2, Living room with 3 single beds, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and furnished terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Family studio on the ground floor for 2 to 4 people: 40m2, ground floor, Living room with pull-out sofa, partition with 2 single beds, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and furnished terrace. The apartments offer a living-dining room with a sofa bed and access to the terrace (with views of the garden and the pool), kitchen, bathroom and 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Cleaning at the entrance. Corcega building is located in number 31 and has no commercial space in the ground floor, the garden brings tranquillity to the apartments and terraces by keeping them away from the street. Located few minutes from the Paseo Marítimo and the beach. The Paseo is like the grand boulevard of Salou, animated with people of all ages, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and other shops in a central, lively and cosmopolite area.
