The apartment is in a privileged place of Puerto del Carmen, from the terrace-balcony you can see the nearby sea and the lively Avenida de la localidad. Close to restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds, a supermarket is only 50 meters away. The apartment has been completely renovated this year 2018 and the result is very flirtatious, bright and comfortable. As at home but with the sea there, invading everything, and absolute tranquility inside the apartment.

I will be at your disposal for any problem or information, and contribute, within my possibilities, to make your stay in Lanzarote as pleasant as possible.

The apartment is in the center of Avenida de las Playas in Puerto del Carmen, a tourist city par excellence in Lanzarote. The avenue has kilometers of beaches, one in front of the apartment and some have water activities, such as an inflatable park in the sea or diving activities. Greetings and enjoy.
