Desmais Apartments offers a familiar and cozy approach in well finished two-room apartments that can host from 2 to 4 people, with private bathroom and equipped terrace. The building is located beyond the Desmais bio-reserve, a truly special place thanks to its a spectacular landscape, where you will wake up to the sounds of nature and relax watching the ducks swim in the clear stream in front of the apartments. It’s a convenient place to reach the city centre (200 mt.), shops and supermarkets, but at the same time, it’s away from the traffic and the night activities. Near, you can find bus station and free parking. 5 min walking to Cala Galdana Beach and from there to the virgin coves. How to reach us: from Mahon airport take the highway to Ciutadella. After arriving in Ferreries continue towards Cala Galdana. Once you reach Cala Galdana, arrive till the end of the main road overtake a bridge and turn immediately left at the roundabout.

Cala Galdana is a great destination, halfway between Ciutadella, Mahon and its airport. It’s a perfect place for who want to play sports outdoor, go diving, snorkelling or kayaking. It’s a good choice for families, who can reach in a few minutes can a white sand beach equipped with lifeguards and services. It’s ideal for couples who want to spend a romantic holiday away from the noise and surrounded by a unique natural landscape. Cala Caldana beach is famous for its fine sand and lush vegetation. It’s also known for the sense of safety and comfort it guarantees to swimmers, thanks to lifeguard service, showers, beach umbrellas and hammocks, kiosk bar, kayak and paddle boats rentals. Walking on Camin de Cavall paths, it’s possible to reach less crowded and crystal water beaches as well as virgin coves. Around Cala Galdana there are plenty of small beaches and virgin coves, a lot of them can be reached by boat, by foot or by horse through the paths of the Camì de Cavalls. They are ideal to relax: Cala Macarella and Mararelleta, Cala Turqueta, playa de Mitjana and Mitjaneta. The location is excellent because it is equidistant from all the main cultural and naturalistic attractions
